Day 2 Wednesday 25th January 2012

Ok well today i had breakfast , which i usually don't , i had 2 weetabix and 1/4 litre of skimmed milk so that was nice , my problem is im allowed 63 pro-points a day and id find it hard to eat all them if i was eating 100 % healthy , as veg is free , fruit aswell so im gonna have to think this through over the next few days , do i eat big dinners ? or 5 smallish ones ?? also my other problem was that i wasn't drinking enough water , actually wasn't drinking any , so ive started to rectify that today starting with a 2 litre bottle which im nearly finished :)

Breakfast

2 x Weetabix & 250ml of Skimmed milk ( 5 )

Mid Morning

1 x Apple ( 0 )

Lunch

4 x Bread Slice ( 8 )
5 x Slices of Ham ( 5 )
50g of Low Low Grated Cheese ( 4 )

Mid Afternoon

2 x King Crisps 25g bag ( 8 ) ( i genuinely was trying to just use up points )

Dinner

4 x Chicken Fajitas with onions , peppers , mushrooms , Cheese ( 32 )


My Dinner was soooo Yummy , it could have been a healthier day but i hope to clean it up , i ate 62 of my 63 pro-points so alls good and 3 litres of water :)
