Well today didn't start great , i slept it in and had to drop my son off at his grandmothers so i was rushing , i did have my lunch with me which was something i suppose ( need to have my shit more organised in future )
today i had a whopping 7 slices of bread ( seriously need to change this as its not good at all ) , i joined a gym last week with the gf as we bring the little lad swimming once a week and it costs us €12 between us each time , so over a year thats like €600 so the gym had a dual membership for €500 so it seems like a no-brainer , we get to go the gym as often as we like and bring the little lad swimming all for €500 a year ( yay )
I've had a problem with my back for a few years , combination of bad posture , weight , height , it gives me alot of pain somedays ( well most days , its just tolerable some days ) so i went and had an MRI done on my back by my gf's job ( she's a Radiographer ) so it was free :) ( result ) and it shows i have 2 discs slightly pushing into my spinal chord which is giving me the pains , so they suggested diet , anti-inflamatories , exercise , and see how i am in a few weeks , and failing that ive to go see an orthopedic surgeon for more info on whats needed ( hopefully it won't get that far )
so at this min , im trying to get my house which i rent out ready for new tenants as my last ones wrecked my house ( don't ask ) so this week my evenings are tied to that , but next week i will be hitting the gym on my lunch breaks , as i get an hour and the gym is 5 mins away so id get a decent 50 mins under my belt , as i dont want all my evenings consumed by the gym as me and the gf need ( us ) time and to unwind etc
so today i was a little piglet i ate 4 over my 63 pro-points , but im gonna use them 4 off my 49 weeklys :)
i also had 2 litres of water today and peeing like a racehourse

ReplyDeleteLunch time seems to be the one my husband struggles with, he would easily eat loads of bread and ham and cheese and coleslaw, were as he is quite good the rest of the day! we need to work on that as well,
I think he needs to bring a snack to work with him so he can have something to tide him over to lunch and may be not have him starving come lunch time!
